Keeping accurate medical records is crucial for pet care and adoption success. PawPlacer makes it easy to track everything from routine checkups to specialized procedures, ensuring your pets receive the care they need when they need it.

Recording Medical Events

Logging Past Visits

  1. Find the Medical Records section on your pet's profile
  2. Click Add New to open the form
  3. Select vaccination, procedure, or exam from the pop-up
  4. Fill in all relevant details about the event
  5. Save to add it to the pet's history

Scheduling Future Care

  1. Click Add New in Medical Records
  2. Change the active tab to Schedule
  3. Choose a future date for the event
  4. Fill in known details (the form automatically shows only relevant fields)
  5. Save to create the reminder

All events appear on both the pet's profile and the Upcoming Page for easy tracking.
