The PawPlacer dashboard is your central hub for managing pets, adopters, and tasks. It offers a streamlined interface that allows you to quickly access and manage information without leaving the page. This guide will walk you through the features available on the dashboard:

Features of the Dashboard

1. Quick View Search

  • Search Functionality: Easily search for pets, adopters, and tasks using the search bar.
  • Quick View: Open search results in a quick view mode to see details without navigating away from the dashboard.

2. Calendar View

  • Task Overview: View all upcoming tasks in a beautiful, color-coordinated calendar.
  • Event Details: Open and edit task details directly from the calendar, including name, date, assignee, and associated pet.
  • Adding New Items: To add new tasks, adopters, and pets, navigate to the respective page from the sidebar. Once added, these items will appear on your dashboard.

3. Personalized Background

  • Custom Background: Enjoy a personalized background image to enhance your experience.
  • Changing the Background: Hover over the background image and click the settings gear that appears. This will take you to a page where you can change your background.
