Fundraising Hub

The Fundraising Hub gives privileged team members one place to review giving activity, donor relationships, wishlist needs, and setup status.

You can access it from the main navigation under Fundraising.

What the Hub Shows

The top summary cards show:

• Received: total received giving from your donation ledger
• Pending Reconciliation: pending gifts that still need staff review
• Wishlist Needs: open wishlist items your organization is tracking
• Donors: donor profiles in your account

Below the summary cards, the hub shows setup status, pending donations, recent gifts, wishlist needs, and donor activity.

Setup Status

The setup checklist links to the settings that make public fundraising work:

• Payment Methods: Stripe and external methods such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Bitcoin, or Ethereum
• Donation Amounts: suggested giving presets shown in public donation dialogs
• Public Donations: whether visitors can make general public donations from your shelter profile or full-profile embed
• Public Wishlist: whether public wishlist items can appear on your shelter profile or full-profile embed

Completed steps show a check icon. Incomplete steps show a warning icon and link to the related settings page.

Activity Panels

The hub's panels are shortcuts into the underlying records:

• Pending Reconciliation links to pending donations so staff can confirm external payments or received item pledges.
• Recent Gifts links to individual donation records in the Donations page.
• Wishlist Needs links to wishlist item detail pages.
• Donor Activity links to donor profiles.

Use the hub for daily triage, then open the linked feature page when you need deeper filtering, editing, or record history.

Permissions

The Fundraising Hub requires privileged access. Users without the required permission will see a permission notice instead of fundraising data.
