Reminder Timing lets each team member control when scheduled reminders are sent. It does not change who receives emails or the email content—those are managed in Email Templates.
What This Page Controls
- When scheduled reminders are sent (when a template supports reminders).
- Per‑user timing preferences.
What This Page Does Not Control
- Email recipients for application alerts.
- Email subject/body content.
- Auto‑send behavior for templates.
Update Reminder Timing
- Go to Settings → Reminder Timing.
- Pick a reminder template.
- Choose how many days before the event you want to be reminded.
If a template does not support scheduled reminders, it won’t appear here.
