    Custom Foster Forms

Create and manage customized forms for foster applications

Your organization can create custom foster forms to collect the specific information you need. Custom forms replace the standard foster form with your own fields and sections.

    Using Custom Forms

When your organization has a custom foster form:

    • You'll see different fields than described in other documentation
    • Fields will be organized into your custom sections
    • Required fields will have a red asterisk (*)

How to Tell You Have Custom Forms

Your organization has custom forms if you see customized fields when adding or editing a foster. You can check available form templates by going to Settings > Forms > Foster tab.

    Filling Out Custom Forms

    1. Work through each section
    2. Fill in all required fields (marked with *)
