Public profiles allow your organization to display information publicly on the web. This feature lets potential adopters, donors, and volunteers learn about your organization without needing an account.
Enabling Public Profile
- Navigate to Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the sidebar
- In the Profile Visibility card, toggle "Enable Public Profile" to ON
- Your profile will be instantly accessible at
/organizations/[your-organization-id]
What Information is Displayed
Your public profile shows:
- Organization name and logo
- Contact information (email, phone, website)
- Location with interactive map
- Hours of operation
- Social media links
- Available pets
- Donation options (if enabled)
Managing Profile Visibility
You can control which specific information is displayed on your public profile:
- Foster Applications: Allow potential fosters to apply
- Volunteer Applications: Allow potential volunteers to apply
- Adoption Applications: Allow potential adopters to apply
- Location: Show your organization's physical address with map
- Schedule: Display your operating hours
- Donations: Accept donations through payment methods you've set up
Only organization owners can change visibility settings.
