Charo originally came to us in 2019, when she was abandoned outside the shelter as a kitten. She was later adopted out and we assumed all was well until she was found stray and dropped off at the ARL. We have been unable to contact the adopter, so she is back with us again and once again available for adoption. She's a little older now, but still just as sweet!
